Job Role - Machine Operative (Manufacturing Industry)
As a Machine Operative in Tamworth, you will be responsible for operating cutting machinery and supporting production processes within the manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
Running and operating cutting machinery
Programming machines and ensuring product is aligned correctly
Producing products to customer size specifications
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Following all health & safety and food hygiene procedures
Supporting general warehouse and production duties when required
Requirements
Previous experience operating a bag machine is essential
Good attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Reliable and punctual attitude
Positive approach and team player mentality
