A family-run care provider with 20+ years’ experience, is looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and grow the domiciliary care services for adults and children.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive high-quality, person-centred care, support and develop your team, and help expand the business.
What we’re looking for: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Proven experience running a successful care agency
Strong leadership and team management skills
Track record in growing services and maintaining high standards
Confident communicator with a professional, compassionate approach
Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) and solid CQC knowledgeWhat you’ll do: Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure CQC compliance
Lead, support and develop care staff
Manage care plans, client relationships, and service quality
