The Role:
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
Carry out small repairs and remedial works
Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)
Requirements:
Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on-site completing fault diagnosis
You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
Proven diagnostics skills
Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant - AHU's etc
Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus
