TimePlan Education is recruiting on behalf of a wonderful nursery in Purley, and we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their Early Years team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to support children's development while playing an active part in a warm, collaborative setting.
About the Role
This is a varied and rewarding position combining SEN support with wider Early Years responsibilities. You will:
Provide 1:1 support to several pupils throughout the day, delivering targeted interventions within the main classroom
Follow Speech & Language plans, ASPs/IEPs, and other specialist guidance
Work closely with the Class Teacher, SENDCo, and Keyworkers to ensure consistent, high‑quality support
Contribute to the wider classroom team and general Early Years duties
Communicate professionally with parents/carers regarding the children you support
Work term‑time only, with mixed shifts available: 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm (depending on suitability)
Essential Requirements
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent) - essential
Paediatric First Aid - desirable
Experience or confidence supporting children with SEN
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A nurturing, proactive approach to supporting children's development
