(Earlies): 6am-2pm Monday to Friday
(Lates) 2pm-11pm Monday to Thursday

Key Skills
* Apprenticeship in CNC machining and setting
* People Management/Supervisory experience (3 years)
* Knowledge of Fanuc or Heidenheim controls
The Role
Reporting to the production manager you will be responsible for managing a team of machinists. This will include engaging and developing staff, reporting KPI's to management and OEE.
You will also be involved in conducting team briefs and staff appraisals.
