Manage internal and external parts enquiries efficiently and professionally
Source, price, and dispatch high-value parts for luxury and performance vehicles
Assist in stock control and inventory management
Utilise industry-specific computer software for parts administration
Support import/export procedures for parts as required
Collaborate closely with the sales and service departments
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and parts suppliersRequirements:
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
Strong IT skills and familiarity with parts management systems
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Enthusiastic, proactive, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure
