You’ll be responsible for converting warm leads into sales, upselling additional products such as insurance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales journey.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and convert warm leads from database, website enquiries, offers, inbound and outbound calls.

Build strong customer relationships and deliver a first-class customer journey.

Upsell vehicles, insurance, and additional services.
*
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved and measured through feedback surveys.

Maintain product knowledge and stay up to date with offers and promotions.
*
Achieve and exceed sales targets to maximise earning potential.

Full UK Driving Licence (must be over 21 with a maximum of 6 points due to insurance).

Ability to work full-time 5 Days per week 8.30am - 6pm including Saturdays on a rota basis.
