How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Step into a role where engineering meets real-world impact. At Yunex Traffic, you’ll be shaping the systems that keep cities moving—delivering smarter, safer, and more connected transport infrastructure.

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll bring complex designs to life, turning innovative concepts into robust, high-performing products used across the world. You’ll take ownership of how things are built—driving smarter assembly methods, introducing innovative tooling, and continually strives for better performance, reliability, and efficiency.

This is a role for someone who thrives on hands-on engineering, enjoys solving complex challenges across both mechanical and electrical domains, and wants to see their work make a visible difference. If you’re motivated by continuous improvement and excited by the idea of building the future of mobility, you’ll fit right in.

    What You’ll Do

Lead the mechanical elements of New Product Introduction (NPI), designing assembly lines, defining efficient assembly methods, tooling, and equipment
Develop and optimise mechanical assembly processes, ensuring repeatability, quality, and efficiency
Apply structured problem-solving to resolve electro-mechanical and production-related issues, including root cause analysis
Drive Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DFMA), improving product robustness, ease of assembly, and cost efficiency
Design and implement jigs, fixtures, and tooling to support safe and efficient production
Analyse production layouts, workflows, and equipment to optimise mechanical build processes and throughput
Work closely with our global design authorities to influence product design and improve manufacturability
Support and train production teams on mechanical assembly techniques, tools, and best practices

    What You’ll Bring

Electro-Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical assemblies combined with electrical integration, wiring, and system build
Problem-Solving Capability: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex production issues across mechanical and electrical domains
Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience improving assembly processes, tooling, and product design using structured methodologies
Collaborative Communication: Confident working cross-functionally with design, production, and quality teams

    Experience & Qualifications

    Required

HNC or Degree in Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience working with electro-mechanical systems in a manufacturing setting
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly documentation
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, production methods and flow  Desired

Experience working with electronic systems, including PCB assemblies (through-hole and surface mount)
Experience implementing Lean or Six Sigma practices in a manufacturing environment
Experience designing tooling, jigs, or fixtures using 3D CAD software packages

    We offer:

Competitive base salary with an annual bonus.
Continuous training and learning opportunities to support career development.
26 days of holiday, increasing up to 29 with length of service.
    37.5-hour working week.
Excellent pension, with matching contributions up to 10% of pensionable salary.
