Veritas Education are working with an OFSTED 'Outstanding' primary school in Fulham who are seeking a Teaching Assistant to join a KS2 class from September. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate Teaching Assistant or experienced Teaching Assistant looking to develop within a high-performing and supportive school.

The school provides a knowledge-rich curriculum and has high expectations for all pupils, focusing on academic achievement, independence, and personal development. They are seeking a committed Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic about supporting learning and raising attainment.

Teaching Assistants Key Responsibilities:

Support teaching and learning in a KS2 classroom as a Teaching Assistant
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to raise attainment
Support pupils with SEN, EAL, and additional learning needs
Work closely with the class teacher and Inclusion team
Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and pupil progress
Assist with classroom management and learning activitiesTeaching Assistants Requirements:

Graduate or experienced Teaching Assistant preferred
Previous school-based experience desirable
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Passion for education and supporting primary-aged pupils
Degree (2:1 or above) desirable but not essentialThis Teaching Assistant role is ideal for candidates seeking classroom experience before teacher training or looking to progress within education.
