How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Telephone Sales Executive - B2B - Successful organisation – Coventry Area / Hybrid - £35k base - £60k (OTE)

    We are on the hunt for a B2B Telephone Sales Executive, with demonstrable success undertaking cold-calling and following up warm leads to join a successful, ethical organisation that has a fantastic reputation and extensive 5* reviews.

    Based in stunning offices in the countryside, this newly created Sales Executive role will suit target-driven, sales-savvy individuals with a warm and personable nature, clear and confident communication skills and the ability to build instant rapport with B2B clients.

    Ideal candidates will love to be on the phone! This is a direct sales role where you will follow up warm leads and undertake B2B cold calls, introducing the services offered to a range of businesses and organisations across the UK; therefore, we’re looking for SDRs or Sales Executives who will be able to hit the ground running.

    What we’re looking for:
