Project Manager

Conrad consulting are working with a growing and well-regarded construction contractor is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment schemes across Glasgow and the wider Central Belt.
This is an excellent opportunity for either:
* An established Project Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or
* An ambitious Site Manager ready to take the next step into a full Project Management role.
Projects typically range up to £1m and cover a variety of fast-paced fit out and refurbishment works across commercial environments.
The Role of the Project Manager:
You will take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programmes, budgets and quality standards are achieved while maintaining strong client relationships throughout.
Key responsibilities of the Project Manager will include:
* Managing fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion
* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Monitoring project programmes and budgets
* Ensuring health & safety compliance across all projects
* Liaising directly with clients, consultants and internal stakeholders
* Managing project reporting and maintaining commercial awareness on site
* Driving quality and programme delivery to a high standard
Requirements of the Project Manager:
* Experience delivering fit out and/or refurbishment projects within the construction sector
* Background as either a Project Manager or Site Manager
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-moving environments
* Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications preferred
* Full UK driving licence
