About the Role
We’re looking for a Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistant with full Paediatric First Aid certification to join a warm, supportive primary setting. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who brings calm energy, strong classroom presence, and a child‑centred approach from EYFS through to KS2.
The ideal candidate is confident supporting whole‑class learning, small‑group interventions and 1:1 pupils — especially those who benefit from a nurturing, consistent adult.

Key Responsibilities
* Supporting learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
* Delivering small‑group and 1:1 interventions
* Assisting with behaviour regulation and emotional wellbeing
* Creating a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
* Working closely with the class teacher and wider team
* Using PFA knowledge to maintain high standards of safety and care

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
