Manage a designated patch of tenancies
Deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service
Handle tenancy matters including allocations, arrears, and estate management
Respond to tenant queries and provide effective solutions
Work closely with internal teams and external partnersWhat you'll need to succeed

Previous Housing Officer experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of tenancy and estate management
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
