Your new role
Log and process repair requests efficiently
Schedule and coordinate reactive and planned maintenance works
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams
Monitor progress of repairs and ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirementsWhat you'll need to succeed
Experience in housing repairs or maintenance administration
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
