Supervising internal fit out works on a live school block upgrade project
Coordinating daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
Liaising closely with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and trades on site
Maintaining accurate site records, reports, and documentation
Using computer systems for record keeping and progress updates
Monitoring health & safety procedures and site compliance
Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
Supporting site operations and resolving day-to-day issues as they ariseRequirements:
Valid SSSTS certificate
CSCS Gold or Black card
Previous supervisory experience within construction/internal fit out projects
Good communication and organisational skills
Competent using computer systems and digital record keepingPayment Type:
