Are you a seasoned Architectural Technologist with a passion for innovation and excellence? My client, who is a leader in creating inspiring and sustainable spaces, is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team, to working within the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities for a Senior Architectural Technologist role: 

Lead and manage the technical delivery of architectural projects from concept to completion.
Develop detailed designs, specifications, and construction drawings in accordance with industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with building regulations and other statutory requirements.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.Skills for this Senior Architectural Technologist role: 

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant design software.
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
