How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Product Information Administrator

    Position: FTC (9 months)

    Tamworth (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

    Entry-Level / Graduate Opportunity


    Are you ready to kickstart your career with data, Excel, and business systems?

    We’re looking for a detail-driven and organised individual to join our team as a Product Information Administrator. Whether you’re a graduate, A-level leaver, or someone with strong Excel/spreadsheet skills, this is a brilliant opportunity to get your foot in the door and grow your career.


    What you’ll be doing:


    • Managing and maintaining product data across our systems
    • Supporting new product launches by setting up accurate information
    • Checking and auditing data to ensure accuracy and consistency
    • Working with different teams to gather and validate information
    • Responding to requests for product data in a timely, organised way
    • Helping improve processes and systems for better data management



    What we’re looking for:


    • Strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable using Excel or spreadsheets
    • Good organisation and time management skills
    • A problem-solving mindset
    • Clear communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


    No extensive experience needed – we’re keen to hear from:

    Candidates with admin, retail, or data-handling experience
