Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:30pm / 1:30pm – 9:00pm
Friday: 6:00am – 12:30pm / 12:30pm – 7:00pm
About the Role
MET are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team.
The position requires a high level of precision, concentration, and consistency due to the repetitive nature of the tasks.
Full training will be provided; however, previous production experience is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out precision bonding work on PCB panels
Maintaininga steady hand and high level of accuracy
Completing repetitive tasks to a consistent standard
Supporting the coating process whenrequired
Attaching patches to specific areas on PCB panels
Following all health & safety and quality procedures
Requirements
Previousproduction or manufacturing experience preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Good hand-eye coordination
Ability to carry out repetitive tasks
Steady hand and ability to work with precision
Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
