Education World is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and ambitious secondary school in Maidenhead for a dedicated and passionate Business Studies Teacher to join their successful department on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher to inspire students across Key Stages 4 and 5, delivering engaging Business Studies lessons that support strong academic outcomes and prepare students for further education and future careers.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality Business Studies lessons across KS4 and KS5
- Plan and prepare engaging and differentiated lessons
- Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Contribute to departmental planning and curriculum development
- Support students in achieving their full academic potential
- Participate fully in school life, including parents’ evenings and staff meetings
The Ideal Candidate
The school is looking for a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Has experience teaching Business Studies in a secondary school setting
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and classroom management skills
- Has the ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
- Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning
- Works well as part of a collaborative team
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
