How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    HR Administrator | Solihull | Temporary role (potential to go permanent) | £35,000

    An exciting opportunity has arisen for a HR Administrator to join a growing organisation on an initial 2-month temporary basis, with strong potential for the role to become permanent.

    This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR career who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders in a commercially focused environment.

    The Role

    Working within the People & Culture team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while maintaining accurate people data and providing meaningful workforce insights to support business decision-making.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Maintaining and updating HR systems, including Microsoft Dynamics
    Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
    Producing HR reports and analysing workforce data
    Assisting with HR projects and process improvements
    Supporting managers and stakeholders across the business
    Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality at all timesAbout You

    To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

    Previous experience within HR administration or people operations
    Strong systems and data management skills
    Experience using Microsoft Dynamics (essential)
    Excellent organisational and communication skills
    Confidence using Excel and HR systems
    A proactive and detail-oriented approachThis role would suit someone looking to gain broader exposure within a fast-paced People & Culture environment, with the opportunity to develop longer-term within the business. Ideally you will be degree educated and have a proven track record as a HR Assistant/HR Administrator/HR Coordinator within a rapidly growing business.
