English Teacher Opportunity – Inspire Students in Rickmansworth!
Location: Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire
Contract: Part-Time
Salary: £38,627– £52,490 (M3-U3)
Start Date: September 2026

Are you an experienced English teacher ready to make a real impact? Supply Desk is looking for a qualified and experienced teacher (3rd year of teaching or above) to join a thriving secondary school in Rickmansworth from September 2026.

Roles and Responsibilities:
As an English Teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and challenging English lessons across KS3, KS4, and KS5.
Plan and deliver lessons in line with departmental schemes of work and curriculum objectives.
Track and support students’ progress, providing clear feedback and guidance.
Mark and assess student work accurately and promptly.
Create an inclusive, well-managed, and stimulating classroom environment.
What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
Minimum of 3 years teaching experience.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
A collaborative and adaptable team player.
Willingness to teach 3 days per week in Rickmansworth.
