The Role - English HLTA
A supportive school in Goodmayes is seeking a confident and experienced English HLTA to join their team. As an English HLTA, you will support the delivery of English lessons across KS3-KS4, working with small groups and occasionally covering classes when required.
The successful English HLTA will lead interventions in reading, writing, and comprehension, helping to raise attainment and build students' confidence in English. You will work closely with the English department and support students with a range of abilities, including those with additional needs.
Strong communication skills, initiative, and the ability to manage behaviour effectively are essential for this role.
