COLMORE EDUCATION is currently recruiting for a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to work within a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Tamworth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced Cover Supervisors, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience.

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects

* Manage classroom behaviour effectively

* Ensure students remain engaged and on task

* Provide support and guidance to pupils where required

* Maintain a positive learning environment throughout the school day

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

* Previous experience working with secondary school students

* Strong communication and classroom management skills

* Confidence leading a classroom independently

* A flexible and proactive attitude

* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
