Our client operates a large safety-critical manufacturing facility. With a strong turnover in the hundreds of millions, they manufacture specialised products for key industry players in FMCG. Our client has a solid maintenance function with a supportive environment, and they are currently looking for a motivated Maintenance Manager to add to their team! Our client has a clear, structured plan to invest millions in training for you, upgrading their equipment, facilities and to make way for Continuous Improvement projects!
The Role
As a Maintenance Manager, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage a team of 15 engineers, ensuring all maintenance is performed to top quality standards
Leading Continuous Improvement Projects
Ensure all records on CMMS are kept up to date, and suggesting improvements
Monitoring records of Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance
Dealing with 1 to 1s, holiday requests, rota queries and other man management responsibilities
About You
The ideal Maintenance Manager will have the following:
A recognised engineering qualification
Some experience leading a maintenance team
A sound understanding of projects, Continuous Improvement and CMMS
Previous COMAH experience is beneficial, though not essential
