How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the role

     

    The Quality Systems Administrator oversees the technical management and day-to-day operation of the organisation’s Quality Management System.

    The role ensures system integrity, maintains document control, administers user access and workflows, and facilitates compliance with internal standards and external regulations.

    Working closely with quality, operations, and audit teams, the Quality Systems Administrator contributes to data accuracy, delivers timely system updates, and provides guidance and assistance to keep the QMS efficient, audit-ready, and aligned with continuous improvement goals.

    Key responsibilities

     

    Oversee and operate the Site Quality Management System (QMS)

    Maintain and update the QMS framework procedures, ensuring all approved updates and amendments are implemented and controlled

    Administer Salesforce requests related to customer documentation

    Contribute to the upkeep of the site HACCP plan and associated documentation

    Manage and resolve customer complaints and non-conformances by investigating root causes and implementing effective corrective actions

    Perform traceability tests and assist with product investigations

    Participate in internal audits and compliance checks, driving continuous improvement initiative

     

    Qualifications and skills

     

    Education Typically a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or arelated discipline.

    Experience Previous experience in a technical, QA, or administration rolewithin food manufacturing.

    Knowledge Strong knowledge of HACCP, GFSI standards, and foodsafety legislation.

    Systems Knowledge Proficiency with electronic document managementsystems, ERP systems (e.g., SAP), and MS Office.

    Attributes Highly organised, detail-oriented, with excellent communicationskills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
