Salary: MPS (£140-£170 per day depending on role and experience)

We are currently recruiting passionate ECTs for a range of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Solihull. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience, develop your teaching practice, and secure a long-term role for September 2026.

The Role:
Teaching within EYFS, KS1 or KS2
Delivering engaging and creative lessons
Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Working closely with supportive staff and leadership teams
Opportunities for both short-term and long-term placements
We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or expected qualification by September 2026
Passion for primary education
Strong classroom management skills
A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
ECTs looking to build confidence and experience in local schools
