Dealership Sales Support Assistant
📍 Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:30pm
💷 £14.50 per hour
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive, hands-on and reliable individual to join a well-established and successful automotive business within their Sales Department as a Site Maintenance & Support Assistant.
This is a varied and fast-paced role that plays a key part in the smooth day-to-day operation of the dealership. The successful candidate will support the Sales team by ensuring vehicles and site presentation are maintained to exceptional standards while assisting with vehicle coordination, preparation and general site organisation.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct daily forecourt and used vehicle display checks
* Ensure pricing boards, signage and displays are accurate and presentable
* Update vehicle pricing across internal systems and display materials
* Coordinate vehicle photography for online advertising platforms
* Check in new and used vehicles and complete associated paperwork
* Liaise with preparation and cosmetic repair teams
* Organise vehicle movements across the site
* Prepare demo, courtesy and pre-registered vehicles for customer handovers
* Coordinate vehicle collections, deliveries and inter-dealer transfers
* Maintain customer parking areas, forecourts and compounds to a high standard
* Support Sales Consultants with vehicle preparation and handovers
* Carry out occasional parts deliveries and site errands
* Assist with Health & Safety compliance, including site safety during adverse weather conditions
* Provide additional operational support as required
