We are seeking a skilled mechanical engineer to join our growing team working on high-quality residential developments. As a mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, and energy-efficient solutions within residential buildings. The ideal mechanical engineer will have experience delivering projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
In this role, the mechanical engineer will collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure seamless integration of mechanical services. A strong understanding of sustainability and modern building technologies is essential for any mechanical engineer applying for this position. You will also be expected to manage documentation, conduct site visits, and provide technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented mechanical engineer who can work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are key for success as a mechanical engineer in this role.
