Workforce Manufacturing are working with a leading UK steel fabrication workshop who are looking to strengthen their skilled in-house team with experienced Steel Fabricators.
This is a genuine long-term opportunity to join a well-established and growing fabrication business, working in a modern, fully equipped workshop environment with overhead cranes and a fully LEV-compliant setup.
You’ll be working on high-quality structural steel projects, including work up to EXC 3 UKCA standards, so attention to detail and pride in your work is key.
This is not a short-term contract — it’s a stable, secure position with a business that invests in its people.
What You’ll Be Doing
Fabricating structural steelwork from engineering drawings
Reading and interpreting GA and fabrication drawings with confidence
Marking out, cutting, drilling, and assembling steel components
Producing accurate, high-quality work to specification
Working independently or as part of a skilled workshop team
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3+ years’ steel fabrication experience
Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings
Confident across full fabrication processes (marking out to assembly)
Reliable, consistent, and quality-driven approach to work
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
