Job Type: Full-time, Temp to Perm 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
 
About the Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse and logistics operation based in Redditch.
 
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous warehouse experience, ideally within part-picking, who is confident operating both Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks.
 
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day warehouse operation, picking parts accurately, moving stock safely and helping ensure goods are handled efficiently and to a high standard.
 
Key Responsibilities

Picking parts and preparing orders accurately
Operating Bendi and Counterbalance FLT trucks safely
Moving stock around the warehouse
Loading and unloading goods where required
Checking stock, labels and paperwork for accuracy
Supporting general warehouse duties
Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets Skills and Experience Required

Previous warehouse experience is essential
Experience in part-picking is highly desirable
Valid Bendi licence is required
Valid Counterbalance licence is required
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and able to work to deadlines
Good communication skills
Positive, hands-on attitude Pay and Hours

£13.93 per hour
Monday to Friday
