A welcoming secondary school in Ashford is seeking an enthusiastic and committed MFL Teacher to join their team from September 2026 on a 1-year maternity cover contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate teacher of French and Spanish who can inspire students and deliver engaging lessons across KS3.
The Role:
Teaching French and Spanish to KS3 students
Full-time position, 5 days per week
Planning and marking responsibilities included
Long-term commitment required for the full academic year
Supportive department and well-resourced school environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Hold UK QTS
Have experience teaching both French and Spanish at KS3
Be reliable, organised, and passionate about languages
Be able to commit to a long-term placement from September
Have strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to learning
This role would suit an experienced teacher or an ambitious MFL specialist looking for a rewarding long-term opportunity within a supportive secondary school.
