Salary: £38,000 + overtime
Hours: Mon–Fri, 7am–4pm
Additional rota: 1 in 3 weekends (with 2 days in lieu) & 1 in 3 late shifts on Thursdays (11am–8pm)
Annual Leave: 25 days

Key Responsibilities:

General fabric maintenance across the site

Floor and wall tiling repairs and installations
*
Basic carpentry, plumbing, and general building fabric tasks
*
Supporting reactive and planned maintenance activities
*
Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard

A versatile skill set across general building fabric tasks

Good communication and a proactive approach

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Willingness to participate in weekend and late‑shift rotas
