Key Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum frameworks.
* Maintain an engaging, safe, and stimulating space for primary learners.
* Hold high expectations for pupil attainment, tracking, and positive behaviour.
* Support pupils' academic, social, emotional, and physical development.
* Partner closely with families and the Senior Leadership Team regarding progress.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognized credential.
* Possess strong classroom experience across Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2.
* Be ready to start immediately and commit fully to the entire term.
* Demonstrate a strict commitment to child safety and welfare.
* Work collaboratively within a close-knit team and engage well with parents.
