Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations within a reactive, high-volume environment
* Lead and supervise teams across building, tiling, civils, and wet trade activities
* Coordinate workloads and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Prioritise urgent and reactive tasks effectively
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Communicate effectively with clients, operatives, and senior management
* Resolve operational issues quickly and maintain service delivery standards
Requirements
* Previous management or supervisory experience essential
* Strong trade background in Building, Tiling, Civils, or Wet Trades
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, reactive environment
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong leadership and communication abilities
* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure
