The Role - Behaviour Teaching Assistant
Qualiteach are looking for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join one of our SEMH schools based in Fulham on a long-term, full-time basis. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting students with behavioural difficulties and SEMH needs, helping to manage behaviour, encourage engagement and support students with their emotional regulation and academic progress. The successful Behaviour Teaching Assistant will need to be proactive, resilient and confident working with challenging behaviour. An enhanced DBS on the update service and previous experience supporting children or young people with SEMH is essential.
