What You'll Do:
Manage renewable energy contracts from planning through to completion
Oversee installation of Solar PV, battery storage and low‑carbon systems
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams and project delivery across multiple jobs
Monitor project performance against KPIs, SLAs and budgets
Handle contract variations, risks and commercial elements of delivery
Act as the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery
Ensure all works comply with UK building regulations, MCS standards and H&S requirements
Support and mentor junior team members as the function grows
What We're Looking For:
Strong electrical background (e.g. Electrician, Supervisor, Project Manager)
Experience delivering or supporting electrical / building services projects
Understanding of UK building services regulations and compliance
Exposure to project management or contract delivery (formal title not essential)
Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple workstreams
Commercial awareness and confidence dealing with clients
Proactive attitude - someone keen to step up and take ownership
Qualifications:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
18th Edition (BS 7671)
Solar PV / renewables knowledge beneficial but not essential
