What you’ll be doing: Junior Tech Repair Technician
Diagnosing faults on mobile devices and tech products
Carrying out repairs and part replacements
Logging your work and keeping accurate records
Preparing devices to be returned to customers
Learning new repair techniques and improving your skills every day
What we’re looking for: Junior Tech Repair Technician
A strong interest in tech (phones, gadgets, computers, etc.)
Keen to learn — full training is provided
Good attention to detail
Reliable and organised
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Bonus if you’ve ever fixed a device at home or built a PC
