An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PCB & Cable Assembler to join a growing electronics manufacturing business based in Loughborough.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail who enjoys working within a high-quality electronics manufacturing environment supporting a variety of technical industries.
The Role
PCB assembly including through-hole and surface mount components
Cable assembly, crimping, looming, and wiring
Hand soldering to IPC / J-STD standards
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and build documentation
PCB coating, potting, and inspection activities
Carrying out quality checks and self-inspection of completed work
Working closely with production and engineering teams to meet delivery targets
Requirements
Previous PCB and cable assembly experience
Confident soldering skills within an electronics manufacturing environment
Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly instructions
Experience working to IPC or J-STD standards desirable
Good attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
Positive attitude and ability to work within a team environment
Package
£27,000 - £31,000 basic salary
