Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver creative lessons for Primary aged children with additional needs
Support pupils with EHCPs in a nurturing special school environment
Work alongside teaching assistants and therapists
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
Contribute to ongoing education and training opportunities within the schoolThe ideal SEN Teacher will have:
QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience working with Primary aged children
A passion for inclusive learning
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
