Role Details

The Role
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Supporting children with a range of SEN needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
* Creating a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
* Working closely with Teaching Assistants, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress
* Adapting teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status
* Experience working with SEN children is highly desirable
* ECTs and experienced teachers are both welcome to apply
* Strong behaviour management and communication skills
* A patient, resilient, and positive approach to teaching
* A passion for supporting children with additional needs
