SW Locums are currently recruiting for a dedicated and motivated Social Worker – Children’s Services to join the team at Derbyshire County Council. The Role
The successful candidate will work within Children’s Services, supporting vulnerable children, young people, and families through effective assessment, intervention, and safeguarding practice.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a caseload within Children’s Services
* Completing assessments, care plans, and statutory visits
* Working closely with children, families, carers, and partner agencies
* Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
* Preparing reports and maintaining accurate case recordings
* Participating in multi-agency meetings and reviews
