How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities by speaking with:

    * Security installers

    * Facilities managers

    * Commercial businesses

    * Decision-makers across multiple sectors

    You’ll be promoting industry-leading remote CCTV monitoring solutions, helping businesses improve security, reduce risk and protect their sites more effectively.

    This is a role for someone who is confident on the phone, commercially aware and driven by results.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    * Making outbound B2B calls to both warm and cold prospects

    * Building relationships and identifying client needs

    * Booking qualified appointments and generating opportunities

    * Promoting remote CCTV monitoring services confidently

    * Managing and updating your sales pipeline and CRM

    * Consistently working towards and exceeding targets

    This is a high-energy role where attitude and drive are just as important as experience.

    What They’re Looking For

    * Previous experience within telesales or outbound B2B sales

    * Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

    Industry experience within security, facilities management or technology is beneficial but not essential.

    If you can sell and build rapport, the technical side can be taught.
