How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Scrum Master

    6 Month Fixed Term Contract

    £49,000 - £61,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits

    Hythe, Kent (5 Days Onsite)

I’m supporting a client within the digital consumer space who are looking to bring in a Scrum Master on an initial 6 month FTC.

This is a role for someone who enjoys enabling teams, improving delivery rhythm and creating healthier ways of working across Product & Engineering environments.

They’re looking for somebody practical, collaborative and outcome-driven. Someone who can support teams without turning Agile into a box-ticking exercise.

    What you’ll be doing:

    • Partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve delivery effectiveness

    • Helping teams establish sustainable and consistent delivery habits

    • Facilitating team sessions that are focused, valuable and outcome-led

    • Supporting backlog health, prioritisation discussions and cross-team collaboration

    • Using data and delivery insights to identify blockers and opportunities for improvement

    • Encouraging better flow management and reducing delivery friction

    • Creating environments where teams can challenge openly and improve continuously

    What they’re looking for:

    • Experience working as a Scrum Master within modern digital/product organisations

    • Strong understanding of Agile delivery principles and team coaching

    • Experience improving delivery flow, predictability and collaboration

    • Comfortable working with delivery metrics and operational insight

    • Ability to influence stakeholders and support healthy team dynamics

    • Enough technical understanding to engage credibly with engineering teams

    • Strong facilitation and communication capability

    Why this role/company?

    • Opportunity to join a business with a genuinely people-first culture

    • Strong emphasis on sustainable delivery rather than delivery at all costs

    • Chance to work alongside established Product and Engineering functions

    • Environment that values collaboration, autonomy and continuous improvement

    • Short and efficient interview process with quick feedback loops

    • Ideal for someone wanting to make a visible impact in a relatively short period of time

    What’s on offer:

    • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

    • Additional leave options and milestone-based sabbaticals

    • Birthday day off

    • Enhanced parental leave package

    • Gym discounts and wellbeing support

    • Dental cover and long-term private medical benefits

    • Bonus scheme and wider benefits package

    Interview process:

    • Initial video conversation with senior leadership

    • Final onsite interview with Product & Engineering stakeholders

If interested, feel free to reach out directly for more information.

    Please note:

We are an equal opportunity employer. Regardless of race, gender or age, we implore you to apply if you feel that you may be a good fit for the role. Whilst we make every effort to get back to every applicant, sometimes you may not get a response due to the sheer volume of applications.
