We Seek an English Teacher Who:

✔️ Holds QTS, QTLS, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
✔️ Demonstrates experience differentiating creative writing, reading comprehension, and functional English.
✔️ Uses low-stakes assessment, verbal feedback, and assistive tools (e.g., coloured overlays, voice-to-text).
✔️ Collaborates confidently with teaching assistants, speech therapists, and families.
✔️ Possesses an active DBS on the Update Service or commits to obtaining one.
