We are recruiting for an experienced Field Sales Manager for a thriving Grangemouth based business, offering the chance to lead growth and make a real impact across Central Scotland.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Win new business across construction, trade and housebuilding sectors
* Manage and grow key accounts, building long-term relationships
* Deliver quotes, proposals and tenders in line with targets
* Track market trends and identify new opportunities
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and service
* Achieve and exceed sales and margin targets
About You
* Proven experience in external sales or business development
* Strong network within construction or related sectors in Central Scotland
* Commercially aware with a proactive target-driven approach
* Confident communicator and relationship builder
* Self-motivated and comfortable managing your own territory
* Full UK driving licence
What’s on Offer
* Salary will be in the range of £40-£50k with excellent OTE
* Company car or allowance
