We’re recruiting for a Technical Quality Assurance Specialist to join a growing fresh produce business focused on quality, food safety, and high operational standards.
This is a great opportunity for someone with QA or technical experience within food manufacturing or fresh produce who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a collaborative team.
The Role
* Investigate customer complaints and non-conformances
* Support audits, CCP checks, and compliance activities
* Maintain QA documentation and quality records
* Assist with microbiological testing and GMP standards
* Support production teams with quality and food safety processes
* Produce quality trend reports and support continuous improvement
About You
* Previous QA/Technical experience within food manufacturing or fresh produce
* Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and BRCGS standards
* Strong attention to detail and communication skills
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
