💡 The Role
We are seeking a resilient and engaging Science Teacher to deliver tailored lessons to pupils with SEMH needs. You will:
Plan and deliver differentiated Science lessons to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
Support emotional regulation and behaviour using trauma-informed and relational approaches
Build strong, consistent relationships to re-engage pupils with learning
Work closely with support staff, SENCO, and external professionals
Track progress, adapt strategies, and celebrate individual success
🌈 The Person
QTS and experience teaching Science at secondary level
Strong understanding of SEMH, trauma-informed practice, and behaviour support
Confident managing behaviour with a calm, consistent, and relational approach
Patient, resilient, and committed to improving outcomes for vulnerable pupils
Strong communication and teamwork skills
