How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Company Description

ALL THINGS was created to inspire a new generation of food lovers. From exceptional butter to next-generation cottage cheese, we believe great ingredients unlock better flavour elevating even the simplest dishes.

Legacy dairy brands have under-served consumers for decades, while modern food lovers seek minimally processed, natural foods. All Things bridges that gap bringing younger, lapsed consumers back into dairy through quality, creativity, and bold thinking.

With standout design, product innovation, and scroll-stopping content, we’re driving growth in a stagnant category and after just two years, we’re the UK’s fastest-growing dairy brand.

    Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Demand Planner, with the primary work location in Hammersmith and flexible remote working opportunities. As Demand Planner at All Things Butter, you’ll sit at the intersection of sales, supply chain and operations, helping ensure the right amount of butter and cottage cheese is in the right place at the right time.

This role is ideal for an individual looking to take their next step up in the demand planning and who is able to demonstrate strong execution of demand planning in an FMCG challenger brand, where no day is ever the same. Short‑shelf‑life or chilled planning experience is a big plus for the role given the pace which our business experiences.

You’ll lead forecasting, production planning and stock management across our butter and cottage cheese ranges, helping us balance availability, waste, freshness and cost as we scale.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Build and maintain demand forecasts for butter and cottage cheese across retail and foodservice channels.
    • Support weekly and monthly forecasting cycles, incorporating sales data, promotions, seasonality and new launches.
    • Work closely with Sales, Operations and NPD to understand changes in demand, risks and opportunities.
    • Translate forecasts into clear supply and production plans, considering short shelf life, lead times and capacity constraints.
    • Monitor stock levels, service levels, waste and freshness KPIs, flagging risks early and proposing actions.
    • Support launch planning for new SKUs, seasonal products and promotions.
    • Help improve planning processes, data accuracy and reporting as the business grows.
    • Prepare simple, clear reports and insights using Google Sheets to support decision‑making.

    About You

    You are:

    • Passionate about demand planning with experience of a production/manufacturing planning within a manufacturing or co-packing environment.
    • Ideally exposed to chilled, fresh or short‑shelf‑life products (dairy experience a plus, but not essential).
    • Detail orientated and analytical mindset confident using Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic analysis).
    • Strong Organisational and prioritisation skills, proactive and keen to take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Curious and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in food, FMCG and how products get from factory to shelf.
    • An effective communicator who enjoys working cross‑functionally and learning from others.

    Nice to have:

    • Experience with forecasting tools or ERP system (Unleashed preferable)
    • Exposure to promotions, NPD launches or retailer forecasting.
    • Experience working in a quality critical environment
    • Understanding of waste, shelf life or freshness challenges in chilled food.

    The Package

    • Competitive salary (DOE)
    • 25 days holiday + your birthday off
    • Hybrid working (2 days WFH, 3 in Hammersmith Office)
    • Monthly wellbeing allowance
    • Free butter and cottage cheese (always 🧈) + 25% off at Straker’s & ACRE
    • Mental health support
    • Pension contribution (matched up to 5%)
