Are you a Senior AV or Technical Engineer looking to take full ownership of complex, high-value projects within a creative, design-led environment?

In this role, you will act as the technical lead across multiple projects, owning engineering delivery from concept through to commissioning. You will be responsible for developing fully integrated AV and control system designs, leading coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless transition from design into build. You will also play a key role in shaping solutions during bid stages and mentoring engineers within the team.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex AV immersive projects
