English Teacher

We are currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a secondary school in Doncaster from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established department, teaching English across KS3 and KS4.

The Role

Plan and deliver lessons to KS3 and KS4 that support student progress in line with curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Help students develop literacy, analytical and exam skills 
We are looking for:

A teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English in a secondary school (including ECT placements)
Someone confident delivering English across Key Stages
Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum up to GCSE level
Availability for a September startWhat’s on offer

Full-time role starting September 2026
